Mr. Christenson was born in St. Paul, Minnesota in 1955. He joined the firm as an associate in 1999 and became a Shareholder in 2004.
Mr. Christenson is a member of the Quinlivan & Hughes, P.A. Litigation department and is a Co-Chair of the Litigation Practice Group. He has been litigating matters in the state, federal and administrative courts of Minnesota, North Dakota and Wisconsin for the past 29 years. Tom’s practice is unique on a number of different levels. He practices in the personal injury field representing injured clients, as well as defending governmental entities, commercial concerns and individuals in lawsuits. While adept in district court, Tom also has a significant practice in the workers’ compensation arena again both defending and prosecuting claims resulting from workplace accidents. Given his significant experience Tom frequently is asked to act as a presenter on a variety of topics including no fault, UIM/UM, workers’ compensation, 176.061 subrogation claims and ADR.
