Mr. Feichtinger was born in St. Cloud, Minnesota in 1956. He joined the firm in 1984 and became a shareholder in 1990. He has served on the firm’s Board of Directors and is a past Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Feichtinger practices in the civil litigation area with an emphasis in insurance defense. He has defended civil lawsuits involving torts and related claims for over 27 years in the State and Federal Courts, and has tried in excess of 50 cases to jury verdict in his 29 years of practice overall (see areas of practice listed below). He has handled a number of complex tort cases involving large losses.
