Ben joined the firm as a law clerk in September of 2010 and was admitted to the Minnesota Bar in October of 2010. He was then associated with Quinlivan & Hughes immediately upon his admission to the Minnesota Bar. Prior to joining Quinlivan & Hughes, Mr. Winger was employed with UnitedHealth Group. He also externed at the Minnesota Tax Court and the Civil Practice Clinic at the University of Minnesota Law School.
Mr. Winger recently graduated from the University of Minnesota Law School, magna cum laude, where he made the Dean’s List 2008-2010. He was a "Legal Writing Best Brief Winner" and received "Legal Writing Honors." He was also a staff member for Minnesota Journal of Law, Science, and Technology.
Mr. Winger practices in the areas of Estate Planning, Business Law, Health Care Law and Bankruptcy, Commercial Collection & Creditors' Rights.
