Mr. Rajkowski was born in St. Cloud, Minnesota in 1962. He graduated from St. John's University in 1984 and from the William Mitchell College of Law in 1988. He joined the firm in 1995 and became a shareholder in 1998. For most of his practice, Mr. Rajkowski has practiced in the areas of personal injury and wrongful death, business litigation, employment litigation and family law. He has over the past several years practiced in the areas of condemnation/eminent domain. Mr. Rajkowski is also an adjunct professor at the Saint Cloud Technical & Community College.

Mr. Rajkowski's primary area of practice is in litigation. In the area condemnation/eminent domain, he has been a strong advocate for landowners' rights. He represents these landowners in a variety of local and state domain eminent proceedings. Most recently, he has had significant involvement in cases against the CapX2020 Project. CapX2020 is a group of public utilities that are in the process of constructing multiple 345kv lines throughout Minnesota, involving hundreds of landowners. He recently argued a case in the Court of Appeals, arguing that the public utilities that are required to take individual landowners' property, should give the property owners enough compensation to purchase a comparable property in their community, and that the utilities should also pay for their relocation benefits. That decision is still pending.
