John practices in the areas of Elder Law, Estate & Tax Planning, Guardianship & Conservatorship, Probate & Estate Administration, Real Property and Trust Law. Mr. Wenker has spoken professionally on the subjects of estate planning, real estate, medical assistance and guardianships and conservatorships to St. Cloud Community Education, St. Cloud Area Legal Services, the Knights of Columbus and the Central Minnesota Planned Giving Council. He is the current president of the Central Minnesota Estate Planning Council and is a member of the Waite Park Chamber of Commerce and the Central Minnesota Builder’s Association. Mr. Wenker also co-chairs the firm’s Trusts & Estates Practice Group.
