We routinely handle automobile liability claims in all regions of Minnesota. We routinely try automobile cases to central Minnesota juries throughout the state.

Our firm handles the full range of automobile cases: from multiple fatality accidents to soft tissue and low speed impact cases. With respect to no-fault (PIP), we handle no-fault hearings in dozens of Minnesota counties. These are generally assigned to our less experienced lawyers. For high-end PIP cases our firm includes several lawyers with extensive no-fault experience. We have one lawyer who is a member of the Minnesota Supreme Court Standing Committee on No-Fault Arbitration. Six of our lawyers routinely serve as arbitrators in no-fault disputes.

Our firm has participated in several important appellate cases related to no-fault law and our attorneys frequently make presentations on the subject to insurance company representatives and claims staff. Our firm handles numerous uninsured motorist (UM) and underinsured motorist (UIM) claims in both trial and arbitration. As with no-fault matters, our firm routinely makes presentations on UM and UIM to insurance company representatives and claims staff.
