Local attorney Michael Ford will serve as president of the Minnesota State Bar Association.

Michael Ford is the first attorney from St. Cloud to lead Minnesota State Bar Association. He becomes president of the organization at a time when funding shortages are pushing the courts to a crisis stage, and politics and money are threatening to erode the independence of the judiciary.
