A) When someone slips and falls on ice the first thing you need to do is find out if there are witness's and you ask them to give statements. Under Minnesota Law if somebody knows about a dangerous condition and keeps it in place, then they could be held liable, so you could potentially have a claim against the store. Even if you don't think you have a claim against the store that store might have coverage called Med Pay coverage so that they could pay for part of your medical bills.
