Mrs. Winter was born in Browerville, Minnesota in 1967. She began her career at the Quinlivan law firm in 1992, then moved to the Hughes law firm in 1994 and remained there through the merger that created Quinlivan & Hughes in 1999. Diane currently teaches administrative support classes at St. Cloud Technical College.
