Medical Malpractice Defense

We routinely represent physicians and nurses before the various boards of medical practice and frequently advise our clients on all matters pertaining to medical malpractice claims in Minnesota, including Minnesota’s peer review protected materials and Minnesota’s statutory and case law relative to medical malpractice claims. We often advise and represent clients through pre-suit investigations of potential claims.
