Dyan Ebert of Quinlivan & Hughes has been appointed secretary of the Minnesota State Bar Association and will serve as president in four years.
Ebert is the second Quinlivan & Hughes attorney to serve as an officer of the association and become president. Mike Ford served as president of the Minnesota State Bar Association in 2008. They are the only two attorneys to serve in that role from St. Cloud since the association began in 1883.
Ebert currently serves as CEO of Quinlivan & Hughes and practices civil ligation, with a focus on employment and government liability, insurance coverage and general casualty law. She is active in the industry. She has served in a variety of leadership positions at the local, state and national levels.
The Minnesota State Bar Association is the oldest professional association for attorneys in Minnesota. MSBA members are leaders in their communities, participating in statewide programs.
