Jolene Klocker Schley has been appointed to the board of directors of the Light the Legacy and will serve a three-year term to help advance the organization’s efforts to improve end-of-life care for the people of Central Minnesota.
Since its inceptions in 2009, Light the Legacy has been positively impacting the quality of health care in the community by implementing comprehensive programs to facilitate patient- and family-centered end-of-life care, promoting informed decision-making, and encouraging conversations related to health care directives, hospice care, and palliative care.
