Quinlivan & Hughes announced today the election of its board officers. Laura Moehrle has been elected to the board of directors and will serve as secretary, starting Feb. 1. She joins Dyan Ebert, who again has been named as chief executive officer, and Steven Schwegman, who will serve as chief financial officer.
Each of the officers will serve three-year terms. They all earned the Super Lawyer distinction in 2017 for their leadership in the field.

Moehrle, born and raised in St. Cloud, is a trial attorney defending clients against claims of medical negligence and motor vehicle liability. She joined the firm in 2005 and became a shareholder in 2014.

Ebert, the first woman to hold the chief executive position for the firm, practices in the area of civil litigation, with a focus on employment and government liability, insurance coverage, and general casualty law. She came to Quinlivan & Hughes in 1994, became a partner in 1998 and joined the board in 2003.

Schwegman has been a long-time leader of the firm since joining Quinlivan & Hughes in 1985 and becoming shareholder in 1991. He practices in the area of medical negligence and general casualty law.
