The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years’ experience with a professional services firm, and possess strategic and tactical planning skills to develop growth opportunities for the firm and its legal staff.
The candidate will also need to have effective organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, have experience with financial analysis, marketing initiatives, developing leaders, and be able to work effectively with other motivated professionals in a challenging, fast-paced environment.
