Quinlivan & Hughes announced today that Chad Staul and Michelle Draewell have joined its team of attorneys.
Staul has been named a top-rated employment and labor attorney in St. Cloud by Super Lawyers. He first received the Rising Star Award from Super Lawyers in 2015.
Serving on the Q&H Employment Team, Staul advises clients on a variety of issues, ranging from employment policies, contracts and compliance to workplace investigations of discrimination, harassment, retaliation and other employee complaints. He provides a series of management and supervisor training each year.
Originally from North Dakota, Staul first came to St. Cloud to receive his bachelor’s degree from St. Cloud State University. He earned his law degree magna cum laude from Hamline University School of Law.
Draewell has broad experience in litigation, including handling business, commercial, criminal, and insurance defense work. She also served in the U.S. District Court of Minnesota as an extern for the Honorable Richard H. Kyle and represented low income clients on housing matters at the U of M’s Housing Clinic, while completing her law degree.
Now serving on the Q&H Insurance Defense Team, Draewell focuses on medical malpractice, automobile liability and premises liability. She represents medical professionals in licensure proceedings and litigation and defends insureds against liability claims for personal injuries.
