With the recent progression of COVID-19, we want you to know how we are managing the situation to minimize impact on our business and ultimately our clients.
Q&H is working on plans to continue ”normal” operations. The plan includes our ability to work remote and cover any essential office duties to ensure our clients and our staff are taken care of.
As part of the plan, we are actively working on two primary areas of focus:
- Impact on people – We have enlisted a non-business essential travel restriction. Employees are instructed to use best judgment and communicate if travel plans are changed or cancelled. We are working at limiting the number of people in our office at any given time by working remotely and having meetings and discussions using technology.
- Impact on locations & meetings – Precautions and visitor access guidelines are being implemented at our office locations. Our locations will be open for essential visitors and meetings. If you have a scheduled meeting, your attorney will be in touch to discuss possible options. If our offices have to close, a communication to clients will be sent with information and specific instructions on our plans to continue business.
Q&H staff is set up to support remote work and is prepared to enact remote work capabilities when necessary. With our employees’ and our clients’ safety at the heart of our efforts, we are working to keep all safe while continuing to operate during this ever evolving situation.
