Quinlivan & Hughes, PA, an AV-rated firm with 20 attorneys located in offices in Little Falls, Long Prairie, Monticello, and Little Falls, MN is looking for an associate attorney to join its growing Trust and Estate practice group. This position will be primarily based in the Little Falls Office.
The ideal candidate should have 0-5 years of experience in a Trust and Estate practice, excellent writing, and drafting skills, and an ability to work in a collaborative team environment. Candidates with specific experience and skill drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and health care directives are preferred. The salary for the position depends on experience.
