On February 16, 2023, Quinlivan & Hughes, P.A. employment law attorney Chad Staul and presented a four-hour seminar entitled “Employment Law – Keeping You and Your Employer Out of Trouble,” as part of the St. Cloud Area Chamber of Commerce’s Supervisor Development Training Course. During the seminar, Attorney Staul interacted with course participants to discuss and educate them on various state and federal laws impacting the workplace, including those governing how supervisors should treat, pay, and supervise employees. The course participants received up-to-date information about their rights and responsibilities as supervisors and the rights and responsibilities of the employees under their supervision.
