Dyan Ebert Reappointed to the Minnesota Legislative Salary Council

January 21, 2025 – St. Cloud, MN – Quinlivan & Hughes, P.A. is pleased to announce that Dyan Ebert has been reappointed to the Minnesota Legislative Salary Council by Chief Justice Natalie Hudson. Her new term will commence on January 15, 2025, and extend through January 14, 2029.

Ebert, who represents the Sixth Judicial District, has been a dedicated member of the Legislative Salary Council, contributing her extensive legal expertise and leadership to the council’s mission of determining fair and appropriate compensation for state legislators. Her reappointment is a testament to her commitment and valued service.

The Legislative Salary Council, established under Minnesota Statutes § 15A.0825, is tasked with determining the salaries of state legislators in a manner that is fair, transparent, and reflective of the responsibilities of the legislative office. The council is composed of members appointed by both the Chief Justice of the Minnesota Supreme Court and the Governor.
