Biography

My journey in the legal realm commenced as a law clerk in Walker, Minnesota, where I gleaned invaluable insights from esteemed district court judges. Eager to delve deeper into the intricacies of law, I embarked on a solo practice, focusing my expertise on business law, estate planning, and probate matters. The allure of collaboration beckoned me towards larger firms. I joined the firm, Brown & Krueger, P.A. in 2015. Brown & Krueger, P.A. became Brown, Krueger, & Vancura, P.A. in 2017. Which later merged into Quinlivan & Hughes, P.A. in 2021, marking a significant milestone in my career.

Since 2013, I've been fervently guiding clients through legal landscapes encompassing business and real estate law, alongside estate planning and probate matters. My ardor lies in deciphering complex legal conundrums and fashioning compelling arguments to champion my clients' interests.

Beyond the courtroom, my heart beats for philanthropy. I played a pivotal role in establishing and governing Paws & Claws Animal Rescue + Resort in Hackensack, Minnesota, a haven for our beloved furry companions. Additionally, I proudly serve as a director for Serving, Teaching, and Empowering People, an organization dedicated to uplifting developmentally disabled adults in central Minnesota.

My roots trace back to the tranquil environs of New Ulm, Minnesota, where I imbibed the values that shape my legal practice today. My educational odyssey took me from Gonzaga University in Spokane, Washington for my undergraduate studies, to K.U. Leuven in Belgium for graduate school, and finally to the University of St. Thomas in Minneapolis for law school.

Beyond my legal endeavors, I thrive on diverse interests. I've competed in rugby matches spanning three continents, leading my team as captain for seven memorable years. In moments of leisure, you'll often find me strumming melodies on my guitar, navigating the open waters while sailing, perfecting my golf swing, or simply relishing the tranquility of outstate Minnesota—the place I proudly call home.
